I bought this cookbook as a Christmas present to myself. My thought is for it to help me with my goal to eat more organically and locally. I have to say, my new favorite thing is to plan meals out, go to the co-op and come home and cook up a storm. Give or take a glass of wine in there too!
All the recipes are vegan (which I am not) but it makes it really to substitute real butter, milk, eggs, etc. I have made a recipe from this book everyday now for a week. Let me say that I am both full, happy and feel amazing! Not only does if feed the belly but it also feeds my soul. Cooking whole foods has become my new source of entertainment.
Hello, thanks for stopping by my blog today...Happy Valentine's Day to you!
